This position is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving discrepancies, and making a meaningful impact on company performance.A Typical Day in This Role Includes:Maintaining and managing product pricing within company systemsReviewing vendor price changes and ensuring timely updatesAuditing pricing data for accuracy and consistencyMonitoring inventory levels and identifying potential inventory concernsInvestigating and resolving inventory discrepanciesAssisting with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory auditsAnalyzing trends and reporting on inventory and pricing performanceCollaborating with purchasing, sales, operations, and accounting teams to ensure accurate product informationCreating and maintaining reports related to inventory, pricing, margins, and product performanceAssisting with new product setup and product database maintenanceSupporting continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and pricing processesProviding exceptional internal customer service and support to team members across the organization
