This position serves as an important link between sales, operations, drivers, and customers to help ensure deliveries are scheduled efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.A Typical Day in This Role Includes:Coordinating daily delivery schedules and routesCommunicating with sales teams regarding customer deliveries, returns, and scheduling needsWorking closely with drivers, yard teams, receiving teams, and other dispatchers to ensure efficient operationsServing as a point of contact for contractors regarding order revisions and additionsManaging invoicing, order processing, and returnsAssisting with inventory management and monthly cycle countsMonitoring deliveries throughout the day and adjusting schedules as neededUtilizing BisTrack and other systems to manage orders and delivery informationCommunicating delivery updates and information to customersResolving delivery concerns and customer issues in a professional mannerSupporting yard and receiving operations when necessaryCollaborating across departments to ensure a smooth customer experienceAssisting with other operational and administrative duties as assigned
