In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse and delivery functions and lead a team of approximately 7 employees, including warehouse and CDL drivers.This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing people, keeping operations organized, solving problems, and working alongside the team to ensure our customers receive the service they expect.Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and delivery team, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, productivity, and customer service.Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 7 warehouse employees and CDL drivers while fostering teamwork and accountability.Oversee receiving, order fulfillment, loading, shipping, and delivery activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and proper warehouse procedures.Coordinate delivery routing and scheduling to maximize efficiency and provide excellent customer service.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, DOT requirements, and applicable regulations.Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity, organization, and workflow.Partner closely with sales, purchasing, and other departments to resolve issues and support the needs of our customers.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Be willing to step in and assist the team when operational needs require it.
