VP of Technology & Platform Security

Salary: Rp 27.000.000 – Rp 30.000.000 per monthResonsibiplities:Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Head of Technology and engineering team.Own the security, architecture, reliability, and scalability of the FlexaGift platform.Review critical code, system designs, APIs, database transactions, and production configurations.Protect voucher issuance, redemption, loyalty, payment, refund, settlement, and disbursement processes against duplication, manipulation, and fraud.Strengthen merchant and partner integrations, including authentication, retries, timeouts, reconciliation, and error handling.Establish secure development practices, including peer review, automated testing, security testing, release approvals, and rollback procedures.Improve production monitoring, audit logging, access control, incident response, backup, and disaster recovery.Lead investigations into security incidents, fraud-related defects, and major production failures.Establish clear ownership, performance standards, and accountability across the technology team.Communicate technology risks, priorities, and investment requirements directly to executive management.Have the authority to stop releases or suspend functionality that presents significant security, fraud, or financial risk.Requirements:10–15 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, application security, or technology leadership.At least 5 years leading engineering teams or technical managers.Experience with digital vouchers, loyalty, merchant aggregation, payments, fintech, e-commerce, marketplaces, or other transaction-based platforms.Strong hands-on knowledge of backend architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, authentication, authorization, and application security.Practical understanding of idempotency, concurrency, race conditions, reconciliation, and secure transaction processing.Ability to review code, investigate logs and data, identify root causes, and guide engineers through implementation.Experience establishing secure software-development, testing, deployment, and incident-management practices.Strong leadership, communication, business judgment, and personal integrity.Preferred ExperienceVoucher, gift-card, loyalty, settlement, or disbursement systems.Fraud prevention and transaction monitoring.High-volume merchant or partner API integrations.Security assessments, penetration testing, or regulatory compliance.Strengthening an existing technology team and improving its accountability.
