About the Role: We are currently seeking a passionate Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and their pets. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients and their pets warmlyAnswer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendarObtain and update accurate patient information and recordsAssist clients with inquiries and provide information about our veterinary servicesCollect payments and maintain financial recordsCoordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient carePerform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies Requirements: At least 1 year of veterinary experience preferred; willing to train the right personStrong communication and interpersonal skills for outstanding customer serviceAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systemsPrevious experience as a receptionist preferred; willingness to learn is essentialPassion for animals and a genuine desire to contribute to their well-beingHigh school diploma or equivalent Why Join Us?
