Training Manager (Vietnamese Only) - Six Senses Con Dao

Identify training needs and develop annual/quarterly training plans aligned with resort objectives and Six Senses brand standards.Lead the planning and implementation of Host engagement initiatives and activitiesDesign, organize, and deliver training programs covering host orientation, service excellence, operational procedures, leadership development, and sustainability practices.Plan and coordinate training events, workshops, host engagement activities, and internal learning initiatives.Collaborate with Department Heads to develop departmental training plans, monitor on-the-job training, and improve host performance.Build, coach, and support Departmental Trainers to ensure effective and consistent training delivery across all departments.Develop and update training materials, SOPs, presentations, and learning tools in line with brand standards.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and follow-up; implement improvements where needed.Coordinate mandatory training and external learning opportunities, while maintaining accurate training records, calendars, and reports.
