Senior TAB Technician

Job Summary:TAB Technicians are essential to our business representing the company in the field as liaisons between customers and our project management team. Primarily responsible for accurate and timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:Perform testing, adjusting and balancing for commercial HVAC systemsKey role between customer projects and office project management team.Qualifications:At least 7 years experience as a commercial HVAC test and balance technician.Capable of creating complete and professional-looking test and balance reports.Mechanical experience helpful.Mechanical, electrical and controls knowledge helpful.Superior customer service skillsMust possess a strong work ethic and a high level of self-accountability, accuracy with reportingAble to demonstrate a high level of integrity and sense of pride in workmanshipProven ability to work independently and in collaboration with other technicians/team membersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer skills requiredOSHA 10 – Construction Safety & Health proof of training required prior to employment (can be easily taken online through OSHA)Must pass a driving and criminal record background checkPhysical Requirements:Requires ability to climb various height laddersAverage lift less than 20 lbs. Maximum unassisted lift 50 lbs.Drive commercial van
