Duties and Responsibilities:Build a client Copilot agent from scratchSecure it correctlyConnect it to business systemsTroubleshoot issues independentlyTrain client staffDeliver AI governance workshopsBecome Elevate's AI practice lead RequirementsMust-have Skills/Qualifications:10+ years of experience in IT or technical roles, with broad technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills3–5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, automation, or related technologies, with practical experience using AI tools and implementing automation solutionsOpen-minded and adaptable, with the ability to wear multiple hats, including assisting the helpdesk team and handling support tickets when requiredStrong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including the M365 Admin Center.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including building, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Copilot agents, as well as resolving issues with other AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPTStrong understanding of AI security and data leakage risksExperience with Microsoft Purview, DLP and sensitivity labelsStrong experience with SharePoint, SharePoint securityStrong SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID knowledgeAble to connect agents to business systems using APIs and Power AutomateRun client workshops, training sessions and AI readiness assessmentsCreate professional documentation, governance policies and best practicesExcellent English communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements, explain technical solutions clearly, and work effectively with clients and internal teams.Advantageous Skills/Experience: Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology graduates or comparable experienceMSP experience PowerShell and PythonMicrosoft Graph APIRAG / knowledge-base solutionsMCP (Model Context Protocol)Security certifications
