Proshop in Ice arena Customer Service / Sales

Sporting goods Pro Shop retailer in the Snoqualmie Ice Rink. We are Looking for part time evening and weekend work. We are focused on giving excellent customer service to all customers and potential customers. We are looking for someone to join our group who is passionate about taking care of customers and working with ownership and the team to provide a great experience. RESPONSIBILITIES would include but not be limited to: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide an excellent sales & service experience Fitting customers with Hockey and Figure skating equipment and gear. Being personally accountable for operational procedures and expectations Maintaining personal and shop productivity goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Can Build professional relationships with every customer and potential customer by asking open-ended questions that will help assess their needs. Ability to learn, maintain and share expertise of products, industry and trends. Contributes to a positive, productive and passionate work environment every shift. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Needs to be able to work alone and independently. QUALIFICATIONS 0-3 years of retail experience Enthusiastic and passionate about sporting goods. Hockey and Figure is a plus. Able to unconditionally deliver exceptional customer service. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Disciplined and focused on results and operational excellence Must be proactive and Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision Basic computer skills necessary.
