Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and patients to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide physical therapy services focused on improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence. Partner with nursing staff, therapy colleagues, physicians, and families to support successful outcomes. Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and ongoing recovery goals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all professional standards and regulations. Qualifications Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license in good standing.
