Working Pattern: 5 days over 7 (predominantly Monday to Friday)Salary: £Competitive + Company Car/Car Allowance and 15% KPI performance bonusJob ID: 8230What you’ll be serving up…As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operational and commercial performance of your sites, leading and developing teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers and clients.Leading, motivating and developing teams across multiple sitesSupporting Site Managers with recruitment, training, development and performance managementManaging budgets and identifying opportunities to improve financial performanceBuilding strong internal and external relationships, including client liaison and management reportingDriving operational excellence, customer service and consistently high standardsSupporting menu planning and ensuring food quality and service standards are maintainedPlanning and delivering effective mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts, working with relevant support functionsEnsuring sites operate in line with Elior’s policies, procedures, compliance requirements and brand standardsThe ingredients you'll bring...Proven experience managing multiple sites and teams, ideally within contract catering or a similar multi-site environmentStrong commercial understanding, with experience managing budgets, controlling costs and driving financial performanceExperience building and maintaining successful client and customer relationshipsA genuine passion for delivering customer service excellenceThe ability to inspire, motivate and develop large, diverse teamsStrong communication, organisational and relationship-building skillsA proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities effectivelyExperience of contract catering is desirable, but we’re also open to candidates with strong transferable multi-site operational experience.
