The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital medicine and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.Provide medication management and monitor patient responses to treatments.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as EPIC.
