Marketing Intern

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a student who wants exposure to content creation, digital marketing, communications, event planning, and project coordination while working alongside experienced marketing professionals. What You'll Do: As a Marketing Intern, you'll play an active role in helping our team bring projects and campaigns to life by: Coordinating marketing activities such as job site signage, photographer scheduling, invoice routing, and other project-related marketing coordination. Organizing and managing marketing assets, including photos, videos, and social media content. Supporting internal communications by helping coordinate content, incorporating edits, sourcing photography and publish company newsletters and other employee communications. Assisting with minor website updates, portfolio updates, photography updates, and general content maintenance. Supporting event planning and execution, assisting with building email templates in Pardot, coordinating campaigns, and helping keep the email calendar on schedule. What We're Looking For: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable visiting construction job sites when needed. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools is a plus. Schedule:We are looking for part-time support during the academic year. Candidates must be available to work 16-24 hours per week while school is in session. There is also potential for the internship to transition to a full-time (40-hour per week) opportunity beginning in May 2027.Why Join Us?
