Maintenance Technician

PM Mold is seeking a mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to help us take our Injection Molding Maintenance department to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact our growing company by assisting to ensure the smooth operations of our facilities. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, this role will service molding machines and auxiliary equipment, as well as assist with general facilities and janitorial duties. POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for standard operating/production procedures, safety, quality control, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department. This position will provide maintenance support to all areas of operation and will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance efforts.
