In House Marketing Representative

As an In House Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for the promotion of booking eligible onsite guests to attend the HGV presentation or the selling of a vacation package to HGV resort. ResponsibilitiesDistribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that meet tour site qualifications determined by the marketing managers.Completes required paperwork accurately and disposition is entered in CRM tool (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour.Provides location related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific assistance or information.Maintains established Minimum Performance Standard on monthly basis.Reviews production reports and advises MOD in writing on any challenges within the month the tour shows or package is sold.Contacts all guests through onsite call campaigns through company CRM systems.Provides information to Fulfillment Department to accurately assist with offering the guest the ability to be pre-gifted as a service prior to tour.QualificationsTo fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:High School Diploma or equivalentAble to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays1+ year of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experienceExcellent interpersonal and guest relations skillsMust be highly driven and a self-starterDetailed understanding of local areaIt would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree EOE/Disabled/VeteransWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
