Human Resource Services Lead-BPS

Manage day-to-day HR operations across service delivery towers, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient service delivery. • Participate in governance and daily operational reviews, providing valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements. • Monitor dashboards and service health metrics, such as SLA/KPI performance, to ensure adherence to established standards and identify areas for improvement. • Handle escalations at the second level, resolving complex issues and ensuring timely resolution. • Oversee workforce planning and capacity management, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business demands. • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives, streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. • Ensure end-to-end service delivery performance across HR processes, including HRSD, Talent, TA, and Total Rewards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align HR operations with business objectives.
