Bring thoughtful leadership and genuine guest care to the daily spa and salon experience.The Floor Leader at milk + honey supports Location Leadership in guiding daily operations and creating a welcoming, consistent guest experience. Through hands-on leadership, strong relationships, and clear communication, the Floor Leader helps the team navigate daily priorities and respond to challenges with resilience and adaptability.
