Flexible scheduling based on your availability and client needs Part-time and PRN opportunities Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments based on current openings Paid orientation and ongoing training opportunities Biweekly pay by direct deposit Supportive office team with 24/7 on-call support Meaningful work providing personalized care to individual clients What You’ll Do Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs Help clients with safe transfers, walking, and mobility according to their care plans and your training Provide companionship, conversation, and support with daily routines Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry Provide medication reminders; this role does not include medication administration Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, or safety Use our mobile app to clock in and out, document care, and communicate with the office Follow each client’s care plan, infection prevention practices, and agency safety procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED Two years of caregiving experience preferred, including home care, assisted living, or facility experience Reliable transportation to assigned shifts, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance Ability to pass a national background check Current TB test and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain them before starting client assignments Dependable attendance, clear communication, and a compassionate, professional attitude Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, documentation, and communication Schedule and Work Location This is an hourly, non-exempt position providing care in clients’ homes. Assignments are based on client needs, your experience, and your availability. Please include the days, hours, and communities you are available to work when applying.
