Assistant IT Manager

Job Description Oversee IT infrastructure, SAP/FICO systems, and cybersecurity operations. Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems and services. Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications. Manage cybersecurity programs, risk assessments, incident response, and security compliance. Lead IT projects, technology initiatives, vendor management, and budget planning. Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT governance best practices. Provide leadership and technical guidance to the IT team and coordinate with key stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in IT management, infrastructure operations, and enterprise systems support. Strong knowledge of servers, networks, cloud platforms, storage, backup, and disaster recovery. Hands-on experience in SAP administration and support, particularly SAP FICO. Experience in cybersecurity, risk assessment, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance. Strong project, vendor, and budget management skills. Experience leading cross-functional IT teams and technology projects. Knowledge of business continuity planning and IT governance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
